    • With innovative equipment like Force Plate Technology and Dynamometry, the objective data garnered from these assessments is used to create precise rehab and training programs based on the individual athlete’s needs.
    • The success of these targeted training programs spurred Kevin to delve deeper into the world of sport science and he achieved a Level II certification in Helix Run-Gait Analysis using 3D motion capture in 2023 and has continued to hone his expertise with this technology.
    • Understanding the extreme value of this methodology in both the rehab and performance sector, Kevin formed CatzRUN+ in 2022 to bring this sports lab experience to ALL ATHLETES at ALL LEVELS. Kevin feels passionately that every athlete that is looking to improve, whether elite or not, should have that opportunity.
    • CatzRUN+ methodology stays true to the CatzPT model that the “experience” of the athlete or patient is what’s most important when it comes to achieving favorable outcomes. Fun, engaging but CHALLENGING!
